OOC News
We are now surpassing Zenderael IC time with our OOC time. Tee hee.
The mods have been really behind on a lot of background stuff lately, including several player e-mails. We sincerely apologize for this! Life has not quite calmed down for us and it can be difficult to coordinate between our schedules. We are doing our best to straighten this out, but please bear with us. If there is something you would like addressed and we haven't gotten to it yet, don't hesitate to ping any of us personally with a reminder. Personal e-mails also work as pinging.
Last Week...
The game timeline has been left as you left me, as you left her. Marooned for all eternity, in the center of a dead planet... buried alive. Buried alive.

The Mazda lost a week to trying to solve a crystal meth case.
The Asha found some of the former Asha’s notes, and has been looking into their meaning and some of the resulting experiments.
Rachel’s body has been found in Bastan’s mass graves.
Mal tried to contact his alt, Zachary, with silent results.
Astonea experienced a landslide, but with the help of the guilds, was successfully evacuated. Although, they did need that second wave to evacuated the evacuators.
Yogsgeth has been spotted lurking outside of the volcano.
Next week...
Birthdays & Holidays
Rosh Hashanah ends at sunset on Sunday, the 18th.
Thursday, the 22nd, is the Autumn Equinox.
Iron Chef Zenderael
Last Saturday, the landslide at Kandre Volcano opened the chambers to Kaga’s lair. The magma leviathan is awake and people can go in and visit him, though he is cranky and not prepared for coherent communication that doesn’t involve feeding him. Any druids who make the effort will catch on to his overwhelming hunger. At least it’s obvious what the problem is. The feast is arranged for Monday.
It’s time to provide him with delicious foods. There will be one thread for giving him meals and Kaga’s judgment. In addition, your characters can observe and mingle with others in other threads. Feel free to take the chance to socialize and try out what the giant leviathan is eating!
The post for Kaga’s feast will be linked as soon as it goes up!
Sciencenapped!
Several scientists and alchemists will turn up missing in the first few days of this week, and possibly some mages as well. Many of them are prominent in the fields of technology and electronics, and most of them work out of Pariskret.
Where have they gone? Acher took them! They are being kept in his ill-gotten stronghold at the hunter base. Why? That will be answered in due time. Rogues could also find some work stealing parts for Acher.
If you'd like to volunteer a character for kidnapping, or have a rogue getting parts for Acher, comment here or ping Tex directly.
Mind the Shadows...
Throughout the week, guild leaders will begin to get the unsettling sensation that they are being watched. It isn’t constant, but every now and then they will feel it, and with it comes an unnatural spike of terror. These instances are completely random, and how severe the terror is can vary from a light tension to a momentary panic. (You are free to decide what it is you’re comfortable with!)
No matter what the guild leaders attempt, they will not be able to find evidence of being followed, nor be able to see anything. It can strike them at any moment, even if they are alone or well defended, or when it seems it should be impossible to be followed at all.
If two or more guild leaders are in the same place when the feeling strikes, all of them will be affected, but no non-leader character present will.
