It's memeday!
Hello, friends! It's meme day. We have a simple QUESTIONS meme today. This is an OOC one. The rrrrrrrrules (look, I watched Panty and Stocking today) are:

Lera will keep the military service in place. She thinks it's good to encourage guild discipline and keep the Amber Gaze strong by having mandatory service for new spellswords. It's also tradition and she thinks breaking from it could be a bad thing. She might make rules for mid-battle spellsword creation, though, and things done in desperation as special circumstances.
The big changes she'll be making are quality of life ones. It'll be easier to get leave, probably better payroll, et cetera.
Does Rei like the books and information that came from Earth, or not so much?
