On Saturday, July 2nd, during the meeting between Queen Omid and the Khshathra, the downpour immediately surrounding the area becomes a snow storm. City Hall is snowed in. Everyone who was inside the building during the meeting is now trapped in it. Electricity still works. Plumbing still works. Running water is ice cold. Occasionally, and without any apparent reason, the water out of a faucet will freeze.

Fire will not melt the snow. Wind will not budge it. This is the work of Keidra, the god of the elements, who was ported to Earth during the Asha merge.

Anais, Harriet and Rasmus will enjoy a three night stay with Queen Omid, Kendrick, the rest of Omid's personal guard and her hostages. The snow will melt early morning Tuesday.
